The online ordering system is simple and easy to use. In Canadian Funds, we accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal for methods of payment. Your order will ship out within 2-3 business days after receiving it. If your order is placed before 10am then that is considered Day #1.

We use UPS for over 95% of our shipping needs, unless your address is not within UPS the standard service routes (we will contact you by email if so). There are many other exceptions so you may not get an email confirmation immediately.

For most orders, a tracking confirmation number is emailed to you automatically by UPS when it is picked up from our Etobicoke warehouse so you can track your package the entire way.

Please allow approximately another 2-5 business days for the products to be delivered to your door, coast to coast shipping typically takes 5 business days travel time. If you are within North America, and you placed your order over 2 weeks (> 12 BUSINESS DAYS) prior without hearing / receiving your order, please contact us at info@homesteadhouse.ca
